Shipping policy
1. General Information
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Delivery time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Shipping countries: Germany, Austria and United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing and Shipping
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.
- We currently deliver to Germany, Austria and United Kingdom.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- The delivery time is 4–6 business days from the shipping date.
- If an order is placed after 12:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day.
Please note that the stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on your location or external factors.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, we guarantee that orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days. If an order is not delivered within this period, you have the right to request a refund or a replacement delivery.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment at any time via our order tracking page.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please also check your spam folder or contact us at support@fashenberg.com.
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to support@fashenberg.com.
- As long as your order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled.
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the item must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
Orders that include personalized or custom-made items are excluded from cancellation.
5. Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@fashenberg.com.
If an order is not delivered within the maximum period of 30 days, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered, please proceed as follows:
- Take photos of the issue (e.g. damaged packaging, incorrect product, missing items).
- Provide a brief description of the problem (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, damaged).
- Send an email with your order number and the photos to support@fashenberg.com.
After reviewing the case, we will offer either a replacement delivery or a refund.
