Refund policy

1. General Information

  • Returns are possible up to 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned items are received.
  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges are not offered.

2. Conditions for Returns

If you wish to return an item, this can be done within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, a return is no longer possible.

A return is only permitted under the following conditions:

  • The items are in unworn, unwashed, and like-new condition.
  • All the labels are still attached.
  • The original packaging is included.
  • Returns are possible regardless of the reason, whether due to a defect or for other reasons.

If the returned items do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return.

3. Return Process

Contact

The return process begins by sending an email to support@fashenberg.com, including the order number and the reason for the return.

Receiving Return Instructions

After reviewing the request, a return number and the correct return address will be provided.

Shipping the Return

Items must be shipped back within the 30-day period.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot assume liability for lost packages.

Confirmation and Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
The refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

Important Notice:

The address listed below is not a return address. Returns sent to this address cannot be processed and no refund will be issued.
Please request the correct return address via email at support@fashenberg.com before sending any returns.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

A direct exchange is not possible. However, we are confident that we can find a suitable solution for you.
Please contact our customer support, as each case is reviewed individually.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order via email at support@fashenberg.com.
After 12 hours, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the item can be returned after receipt in accordance with our return policy.

Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from cancellation.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a damaged or incorrect item has been delivered, please follow these steps:

  • Take a photo of the defect or issue.
  • Provide a brief description of the problem (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, damaged).
  • Send this information along with your order number to support@fashenberg.com.

After reviewing the claim, either a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be issued.

7. Statutory Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty period of two years from the date of purchase.

If a defect occurs within this period, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement
  • If this is not possible, a refund or price reduction
